We in CertyHub are now looking for Test coordinator/Test proctor for a part-time and permanent contract.
Job Description
Your job description is mainly supervising/proctoring test candidates in our test center. Your work includes greeting customers arrivintg into the test center, registering and supervising them throughout the exam. You will take care that everything goes according to processes until the exam is over and the customer is checked out. In addition, your work includes customer service via e-mail and on the phone and booking tests for the customers. The work is done in the office in Gothenburg.
Our team will train all the employees. The proctoring tasks also include completing certifications for our partners’ processes and programs. The hours are 0-20 hours/week. The hours can vary according to possibilities and weekly. We are flexible with the hours and we hope that you are too. The work hours can be agreed with your supervisor monthly.
Requirements
Job tasks include versatile customer service but also maintaining patience, keen eye on details and a positive attitude towards the work. You can be for example a student, or your situation allows you to work part-time. We are looking for someone who ideally is able to commit to us long term.
We appreciate former experience in customer service and customer service in English comes to you naturally. Other languages are considered a bonus (no Swedish required). We also appreciate basic IT-skills (MS Office). Because the work is done in our partners’ programs, we find learning new processes and systems important for this role.
